STRAND HEAD OFFICE - Workplace Design
We were engaged to help move Strand’s head office from the outer suburbs of Sydney to the award-winning Batesmart designed building in Pyrmont. Our main objective was to design their new office in keeping with the transparency and integrity of the building, whilst also helping to thread through the ‘fresh, modern and relevant’ aspects of Strand’s new brand platform.
The layout for each of the functional teams were thoughtfully laid out to provide workstations that maintained a balance for clustered teams to embody a sense of autonomy for quiet and calm personal space. Collaborative spaces for in-person and virtual meetings were dotted through to help provide natural breaks across the office floor.
